How to find us
Palace Gate is the road connecting South Street (from near The White Hart Hotel) with the Cathedral Close. The Palace Gate Centre is the large cream colour building, a little up on the left from the South Street junction. Our office suite is on the 1st floor.
Bus routes K, M, R, S and T all stop in South Street.
Exeter Central Station on Queen Streen is within walking distance.
Click here for details of the nearest car park. There is limited parking on Palace Gate, but it is only suitable for people with a disabled persons parking badge due to time restrictions.
We recommend for daytime use, using Cathedral and Quay car park. Try and park on level 4. As you come up the ramp to level 4, the pedestrian exit on the left, leads you directly to one side of the underpass which goes under Western Way (the Inner bypass). There is then a short walk up Coombe Street (by the side of the White Hart hotel), this lines up with Palace Gate, the other side of South Street.
After 6pm on street parking is possible around Palace Gate itself.
Accessibility
There is a lift (our offices are on the first floor) and an accessible toilet in Palace Gate Centre. An intercom is sited outside the main door if you need to call for assistance.
